The system software uses current tracking and pulse width modulation technology to make the three-phase hybrid step The phase current into the motor is a sine wave with a 120 ° position. The output power optocoupler circuit uses six MOS tubes. The controller handles the defects of traditional three-phase hybrid stepping motors in the low-speed range, such as large vibration, co-vibration zone, and large noise, which improves the credibility of the step angle pixels and the controller.
